Where to download?
You have two options for downloading. You can either go here http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=1718 and download the newest gem file: optiflag-0.6.5.gem (latest version should be 0.6.5).Or, easier still, just type:

gem install optiflag
It should be that simple.
But...
If you do not have rubygems installed and refuse to (or can't), you can download and manually install the files.Get the file optiflag0_6_5_all.zip, and manually explode the three ruby files somewhere within your ruby load library.
